HVAC Website & Google Business Profile Case Study
Zero online presence to fully found on Google β in one build.
The Problem
Bel Air Systems, a family-owned HVAC contractor serving New Jersey and New York, came to us with no website, no domain, no business email, and no listing on Google Search or Maps. Every customer had to find them through word of mouth or a truck on the road β nothing online pointed new customers their way, and no way to show up when someone nearby searched βHVAC repair near me.β
What We Built
- Found and registered the right domain for the business
- Built the website from scratch
- Set up their Google Business Profile, including a dedicated Google phone number so calls could be tracked and routed properly
- Made the site easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Googleβs AI search results to find and recommend β not just regular search results
- Set up a professional business email
- Added a lead form directly on the site so new inquiries come straight to them
The Result
For the first time, the business is discoverable on Google Search, Google Maps, and increasingly the AI tools people now use to find a local contractor. Every job that used to depend on a referral now has a second path to find them, a form to capture the lead once they do, and a professional email address instead of a personal inbox to run the business from.
Why It Matters
If a business is not on Google β or is not visible to the AI tools people now search with β it does not exist for most people looking for what it does. A website alone does not fix that. The domain, the business email, the Google listing, the AI-search visibility, and a working lead form all have to work together to actually get a business found and turn that into a job.

Frequently asked questions
What did Bel Air Systems have online before this project?
Nothing β no website, no domain, no business email, and no Google Business Profile. Every customer found them by word of mouth or a truck on the road.
Is the new site visible to AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, not just Google?
Yes. The site was built to be easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI search results to find and recommend, not just traditional search rankings.
What's included in a build like this?
Domain registration, the website itself, a Google Business Profile with a trackable phone number, a professional business email, and a lead form β built together as one system rather than separate pieces.
